		<description>What it comes down to is that these people are people costumers will know.  The best (and worst) references always come from family or friends because you trust them to give you their honest opinion.  With social networking and blogging and all other these means to knowing people, is on the rise it&#039;s not hard to have 100s or of friends, or acquaintances and based on their reputation with me I read their blogs, or bulletins etc or I don&#039;t, but that&#039;s still 100&#039;s of people whose recommendations I value and trust over any flashy website.</description>

		<description>I think it is, it&#039;s not asking content providers to be un-bias, it&#039;s asking them to be honest and find expert who reflect the pro and con of the products and services they represent.  Beyond that I&#039;d say it&#039;s the biggest need these days, someone who&#039;d willing to do the product research for me, I&#039;d go back every time.</description>
